Solution Overview

Tensortec's unmanned forklift hardware and intelligent dispatching software integrate sensors, artificial intelligence (AI), automated control, unmanned driving, and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Through multi-source perception fusion, high-precision 3D SLAM positioning and navigation, AI algorithms and other technologies, it can make efficient autonomous decisions and movements, realize autonomous navigation and cargo handling according to navigation paths and rules, and complete material handling and other functions.


It has the ability to seamlessly switch between indoor and outdoor operations, and can efficiently complete unmanned cargo transfer, automatic loading and unloading, automatic stacking, and loading and unloading of goods in and out of containers between production lines, warehouses, platforms, and transport vehicles.


The system has a high-security redundant design to ensure the safety and efficiency of indoor and outdoor logistics transportation, bringing higher safety and efficiency to inter-site logistics transportation. It is widely used in scenarios such as automobile manufacturing, new energy, petrochemicals, biological medicine, food and beverage, and industrial production.


The solution mainly consists of a perception system, decision-making planning and control system, and control execution. It integrates hardware, software, algorithms, communications and other technologies. The perception system collects roadside information and vehicle information, and through analysis and processing, makes decisions and plans, performs route planning, and handles abnormal situations in a timely manner. Instructions are issued through the control system, and ultimately the vehicle drives according to the instructions.
