Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the leader in handling daily administrative and personnel affairs, and improve and implement relevant management systems.

2. Be responsible for the entire process of talent recruitment in the company, including demand analysis, interviews, selection and background checks.

3. Count and verify attendance, handle abnormal situations, and assist in handling employees' salaries and performance appraisals.

4. Handle procedures for employees' onboarding, offboarding, confirmation of employment, and transfer.

5. Support the human efficiency management and salary performance work of business departments, and handle employee care and welfare matters well.

6. Maintain and manage the company's basic archival materials, and participate in the application for relevant qualification projects.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in administrative management, human resource management or related fields is preferred.

2. Possess excellent writing skills, strong expression and comprehension abilities, and be skilled in the compilation of documents and materials.

3. Possess excellent organizational, coordination, communication and adaptability skills, and be able to withstand work pressure.

4. Proficient in using common office software and equipment, with strong self-motivation and high work efficiency.

Test Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for leading and managing the work of the testing team.

2. Participate in test planning, requirement review, test scheme design and organization.

3. Supervise the quality of versions launched and released as well as those under testing.

4. Maintain the testing process, and statistically analyze the test results.

5. Continuously innovate testing methods suitable for the technical framework of the product/project in question to enhance testing efficiency and quality.



Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, majoring in computer network or communication.

2. More than 3 years of experience in WEB and APP testing.

3. More than 1 year of test management experience.

4. Be familiar with common software testing processes and norms.

5. Proficient in software testing methods and test design theories.

6. Be familiar with common testing tools and understand the defect management process.

7. Familiar with Linux-related operations and capable of setting up and maintaining software testing environments.

8. Have a strong sense of responsibility and a rigorous work style, as well as good communication skills.

9. Possess strong oral expression skills and document preparation abilities.

Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the development of new products, undertake the responsibility of formulating and implementing product testing plans, identify design flaws in the products, improve product quality, and output test reports.

2. Set up a hardware testing environment and accurately understand the testing standards and test columns.

3. Be responsible for the execution of product testing, including functional, performance, safety regulations, EMC, environmental tests, etc. Output test defects and submit them to the process for tracking and control.

4. Be responsible for participating in and monitoring the quality of the product testing process to improve product quality.

5. Participate in the product certification work.

6. Participate in the formulation of enterprise standards for products.



Job Requirements:

1. Candidates with over 2 years of relevant working experience in functional testing, performance testing, reliability testing, etc. are preferred.

2. Possess strong learning ability and be able to quickly learn and master relevant knowledge of multimeters, oscilloscopes, and testing methods under guidance.

3. Possess strong hands-on skills and be capable of conducting integration testing for various products.

4. Possess a self-motivated work attitude, be meticulous and conscientious in work, have a strong sense of quality, consciously identify defects in products and promote their correction.

5. Be able to adapt to business trips, such as certification testing, on-site equipment testing, etc.

6. Familiar with network hardware technologies and products such as Wi-Fi and Ethernet, and have relevant testing experience.

7. Familiar with the relevant process flows of hardware testing and production, and have relevant working experience in connecting with the supply chain.
